Eatonton-Putnam Chamber of Commerce
Since its creation in 1979, the Eatonton-Putnam Chamber of Commerce has been dedicated to serving the ever evolving needs of the local businesses in Putnam County that spread throughout the Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair communities.
The Chamber aims to help small businesses with their professional, economic and community developments by hosting networking opportunities and fundraising events throughout the year. Three of the most notable events the Chamber puts on include the Sweet Tee Off Golf Tournament, Annual Membership Dinner and Legislative Breakfast. Proceeds from these events benefit the Chamber’s programs and scholarship fundings.
A major advantage of participating in the Chamber’s membership program is the continuous resources the Chamber provides to small businesses to help them grow their exposure and profitability. Aside from annual and monthly events, the Chamber offers ambassador and leadership programs as well as ribbon cuttings and business promotions. The Chamber enjoys celebrating its members through these events and programs that further the members’ businesses and connect them with one another.
The Chamber of Commerce in Eatonton, known as "Close to Everything and Next to Perfect," is located in downtown Eatonton, right in the heart of Putnam County. The dedicated team at the Eatonton-Putnam Chamber of Commerce is excited for what the future holds and they are committed to supporting local business owners in meeting their needs and fostering growth in the community in 2024 and beyond.
